As a property advisor I find it essential to prioritize the client’s needs and long-term goals above anything else – whether he is a first time home-buyer or an experienced investor. As there are new projects showing up each month, it’s important to keep both myself, my team and my clients updated so we can make the best decision based on up-to-date knowledge. Providing fast, reassuring and punctual advice I’d say is the most important part of my job, while staying completely transparent and honest throughout the process in order to maintain each parties’ expectations.
